How do credits work?+
Credits are consumed when you upload files, run search, or ask questions in chat. You only pay for actual usage, and the same credits work across all your datasets and users.
How much do I get when I start?+
Every new account starts with $20 in free credits, so you can test uploads, search, and chat before buying any additional credit packs.
Do you offer subscriptions?+
No. Easy RAG is fully usage-based with one-time credit top-ups. There are no monthly subscriptions or per-seat plans.
How is my data handled for privacy?+
Easy RAG is privacy-first and GDPR-compliant. Your content is processed to power retrieval and answers, and you remain in control of your data.
What is your refund policy?+
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once credits are purchased.
How can I delete my account?+
To request account deletion, email contact@easyrag.com and we will help you complete the deletion process.
